Women at One

‘Neurodivergent by nature, Brilliant by design’

About Women at One Inc

Women at One Inc is a grassroots initiative led by late-diagnosed neurodivergent women who understand what it means to navigate the world differently.

We create inclusive, creative spaces where women—especially those living with ADHD and autism—can connect, express themselves, and thrive. Through sustainable styling workshops, textile repurposing, and hands-on community events, we support self-expression, reduce waste, and foster true belonging.

Whether you’re looking for purpose, connection, or creativity—we welcome you, just as you are.

To achieve our mission of embracing, empowering, and supporting neurodiverse women, the following goals can help guide our efforts.  By pursuing these goals, we aim to create a society where neurodiverse women are recognized, valued, and empowered to live their best lives.

    PUBLIC AWARENESS

Promote public awareness through our workshops, events and retail outlet that highlight the challenges and strengths of neurodiverse women, partner with workplaces, and media outlets to spread awareness about neurodiversity and foster a more inclusive society.

    RESOURCE HUB

Create a comprehensive resource hub offering information and access to self-help tools to support and tailored to neurodiverse women. Build partnerships with healthcare providers and other organizations to ensure neurodiverse women have access to appropriate services to gain knowledge about self-advocacy, career development, and emotional well-being.

    SUPPORTIVE SPACES

Establish safe, supportive spaces where neurodiverse women can connect and share experiences. Organize regular support groups, peer mentorship programs, and community-building events. Cultivate a culture of belonging where neurodiverse women feel comfortable expressing themselves without fear of judgment.

    ACCESSABILITY

Ensure that all materials, resources, and events are accessible to neurodiverse women, taking sensory, cognitive, and physical needs into account. Provide online content in various formats, including videos, articles, and audio, to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
