About Women at One Inc
Women at One – AuDHD Bloom Hub exists because too many neurodivergent women are still doing life alone.Â
We support ADHD and Autistic women, especially those who are menopausal or post-menopausal, to feel safe, understood, and connected — without having to mask or explain themselves.Â
This Hub was built from lived experience. Late diagnosis can shake everything: identity, confidence, relationships, mental health, and a sense of belonging. Many of us have carried burnout, trauma, isolation, and misunderstanding for decades. We’re here to change that.Â
