About Us
About Women at One – AuDHD Bloom Hub
Women at One began because I couldn’t find what I needed.
For most of my life, I lived with a brain that moved differently—fast, bright, intense, sensitive—and a world that didn’t have language for it. I was a woman expected to “cope quietly,” to mask, to fit cultural and social rules that never felt made for me. I spent decades trying to be less: less loud, less emotional, less intense, less “too much.”
It wasn’t until later in life that I was diagnosed with ADHD, and later again with Autism. That shift didn’t “fix” me—but it finally explained me. It gave me a map for my sensory overload, my need for routine, my difference in social connection, my deep empathy, and the exhaustion that came from a lifetime of masking.
Like many women—especially those who are older, culturally diverse, menopausal or post-menopausal—I was missed by systems that weren’t built to recognise us. What followed was grief, relief, anger, and finally something else: purpose.
I started Women at One because I know what it feels like to live without support, to be misunderstood, to lose your confidence, your safety, and your sense of belonging. I also know the power of being seen, understood, and held in a neuro-affirming community.
The AuDHD Bloom Hub is our way of turning that lived experience into real, practical, compassionate support for other women walking the same path.

Why “Bloom Hub”?
Because blooming is not about “becoming someone else.”
It’s about becoming more yourself— safely, slowly, honestly, and proudly.
We believe neurodivergent women don’t need fixing. We need understanding, access, community, and respect.
The Bloom Hub exists to help women:
- make sense of late diagnosis
- reduce overwhelm and burnout
- build self-trust and confidence
- find strategies that fit their brains and lives
- connect with others who get it
- thrive through menopause and beyond
- reclaim identity after years of masking
- What Makes Us Different
- We are lived-experience led. This isn’t theory—it’s reality.
Every part of the Bloom Hub exists because someone like me once needed it and couldn’t find it. We lead with empathy, practical understanding, and deep respect for the real challenges and strengths that come with being AuDHD.
Here, you don’t have to explain yourself, you don’t have to shrink, you don’t have to prove your worth, you get to arrive just as you are.
